I just unboxed an XBOX 360 Slim, only to find that I couldn't use HDMI for Video and Analog for Audio because the audio cable has a little plastic cover blocking the HDMI port. So, before even plugging it in, I went straight for the Dremel....here are the results. Hope it helps, if you have a similar concern. I'm sure someone makes an aftermarket cable that helps out here...but why pay for that?? If you don't own a Dremel, it's probably cheaper to buy one.
